Dear Biascathy,

The this week has been a blur and full of activities: making group presentations, conducting interviews to random people, and other projects.Oh! Before I start ranting about my week, I want you to know that our schedule of classes this week is like this:

holiday

Although our schedule was set like this, there were still a lot of things that need to be done, specially last Wednesday: interviewing people about what clothes they usually buy, reading 5 articles in Fil 40 and making an annotation and reflection for each article, making group presentation, etc. Again, there was a time that I had to stay up very late at night (actually it was nearer to day than night) for a paperwork (the 5 articles), only to know the next meeting that our professor weren’t there.

But then, everything’s  smooth when it comes to my Fashion Illustration class. Actually, I LOVE IT!!!

In the latest activity, we were asked to design 4 swimsuits for the geometric figures we drew (We drew them on a tracing paper, that’s why the geometric figures can still be seen)

Left: Amazon-inspired 2-piece swimsuit with a see-through built in skirt. Right: Pirate-inspired 2-piece swimsuit.

Also, as an assignment, we were asked to draw 2 entries in our croquis book about a certain topic (mine was Charles Frederick Worth). I am currently done with one entry. 😉

That’s all for today! And may the odds be ever in my favor!

Adios,
